- Orders are usually processed within 2-3 days, sometimes 4 if it's a weekend/holiday, or if we are having a promotion.
- We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We offer weight based shipping options in the US for orders up to $100, and free US standard shipping on orders over $100. Silky Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
